I don’t know about you, but I have ALWAYS sucked at traditional forms of meditation, journaling, and coloring inside the lines, (perfectionism, am I right?). That’s why I made this, a journal full of prompts that you are free to explore; infused with coloring pages and outlines to color in, around, or over, it doesn’t matter what you do, so long as you feel free to get messy with it! 

(This hardcover book is best enjoyed with water-based ink markers, as the glossier pages are designed to prevent bleeding through.)
